I went with 5 friends & my bill was 20k + for moderate quantity of food & drinks.
Bad crowd on a sat nyt; no bouncers to manages unruly elements.
Food was very average with very limited options.
all in all Not at all worth the price i had blown.

Despite my many visits to Promenande, had somehow never eaten at Smoked House Deli till recently. We went there on a busy weekend and actually managed an outside seating table after some waiting. Trust me the wait was tottally worth it. The outside seating gives you the impression that you are sitting in one of those Deli's or cafes in Italy or somewhere specially given the weather. The square like feeling of that entire place is memorable. Most of the guests there seemed like regulars and not just the mall shoppers. The food meny offered a lot of eclectic options. We started with the mozzarella and tomota caprese salad which was perfect. The amount of balsamic dressing on it could not have been more appropriate and adequate. The spicy puffs made up for a great starter too. Upon ordering the main course we realized that all( or almost all the dishes) had egg in it. What was surprising was that the menu carried a green dot on it. Even the pasta had egg coating on it. It was a big dissapointment to observe that. We infact even pointed that discrepancy out to them about the green dot. That withstanding , the ambience had already got us going. So without much further ado, we ordered whatever we could- burger equivalent etc. The food by itself was impeccable. The salads just superb, the drinks( mocktails) a treat . The food quality of what we ate was super but unfortunately very little options for the hard cored vegetarians. Come on guys- got to do something about that please. Overall a great early evening spent there.

I went to Smoke House Deli for the 1st time on saturday. The place is good. Its got a very quaint feel to it and the food is outrageously delicious. Seated on the patio we were not only treated by an excellent service by our server Anish but also a great ambience which is hard to find in delhi We were a group of 12 diners and it was a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend Smoke House Deli for all food lovers.

We went there with a lot of high hopes sadly the place did not live up-to it's reputation. There was nothing different about the food that was served. I would only go back to that place if I have no option or no place to go to.
The ambience is really good but it was the food that let me down and to top it off we found a hair in the pasta that was ordered. :-( That is a total NO NO....

I have been there twice...first experiece was superb....we had 1 of the pasta dishes and a bagel...
next time, the experience was quite average....the same bagel was too hard...not appetizing. The service was a bit slow. I requested for the Caprese salad without mushrooms and they said no!!!
The beverages are quite reasonably priced....and are good! the wines are a bit steep...
Overall...its an ok place to go to if you are in the mall already...

The perfect ambience and good food make this a very favourite restaurant in my list. The choice of food is not the usual you find in some fine dining restaurants.

I'm sorry, but this place lives up to its pretenses... But honestly it would grudegenly give it a 5. It always missed out on the most important last mile. I mean, dude I asked for a toasted sandwich, not two burnt toasts w whatever you put in between. Sorry that's enough to lose me as a customer. Unfortunately, I got more stories, just felt I should speak out against the lame food that gets random stars it doesn't deserve. I might not be able to do anything about kalmadi, but I sure as hell will make a difference w food. Gnite!
