- I visited this place with my family on Saturday the 10th July. The experiece overall was satisfactory as it is a good place to have quite dinner with family. On decor, i was not very impressed as we occupied the area just next to the entrance on the right side. All tables are laid in a manner that they queue up in a line which can be disturbing in case there is a larger group that is occupying the section. My rating on a scale og 5 will be 3.5 on decor. Will add another .4 for the soft Jagjit SIngh Ghazals that are extremely enchanting. Food was good however I went with high expectations and hence ws slightly disappointed. It obvoiusly does not do justivce to the name of the place. The food was quite ordinary and nothing to talk about. Maybe we trusted the steward serving us for the order and that did us in. We requested for a chicken main course that would not be sweet and guess what we got... Butter Chicken. :) The veg stuff was decent and the Dal Makhani was good. The Veg Biryani was excellent and the breads were served hot too. Overall the food quality was a 3.5. Maybe if the choice of food suggested was in line with our preference, the score could easily be higher. Service was above average and apart from the food ordr taker's miss of not recording the preference. Water was regularly filled and finger bowls provided at the end of the meal. Condiments and accompaniments of the food ordered were provided. Ratings of the service would be 4. The prices are competetive and are reasonable for the food and place. The location is good however the aproach is a little uncomfortable. Parking is a hassle and a valet parking in this location could have made a world of difference. Overall the experiece was a decent one and the overall rating that I would propose would be 3.5. Happy Dining and Cheers!!!
