  • I've been a regular at Cafe Morrison for some time now. Love the place for its music. The way they have supported unknown and upcoming bands is truly commendable. I think they have really promoted the bands and music scene in the city unlike any other place. always try and make it a point to visit the place whenever they have live bands performing I've always loved the food here. My fav nowadays is 'The Veg Platter' which goes well with my scotch on the rocks. Always loved their Mexican and Chinese dishes too. Although I'm a vegetarian, my friends loved the salt and pepper prawns, roghan josh, nachos, mezze platter and many other dishes. The Long Island Iced Tea and Mojito are to die for. Awesome Music, great food, good drinks makes for a good place to chill at... Service and Toilets can do better....

  • This bar is dedicated to music legend Jim Morrison. As you climb the stairway, you're greeted by posters and portraits of Morrison and as you enter, there is an encased electric guitar underneath a glass flooring. Inside, there are more posters and photographs of Jim Morrison and The Doors along with a few other bands as well. It has a separate section called the Jazz Cafe, which we recommend only if you are a hardcore rock fan. DJ Siddharth and DJ Maddy bring to you the best of rock, from Pink Floyd to Iron Maiden and obviously The Doors. Ever since it opened, the bar has had over 500 rock bands play here. Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Continental, Italian and Arabic cuisine is served. The Chicken Lasooni Tikka and Tandoori Prawn are recommended, washed down with TNT Flaming, LA Woman, Light My Fire or Sex on the Beach. This place can accommodate about 40 people. On Sundays, you can listen to live bands, Wednesdays are media nights and Thursdays are dedicated to Morrison's music. There are no cover or entry charges. Sunday nights see well-known rock bands from the country playing here. It's frequented by ladies, students, couples and expats. Happy Hours: 1pm to 8pm(Friday to Sunday); 1pm to 9pm(Monday to Thursday)
